Beautiful British Columbia
My family and I arrived here in Vancouver, British Columbia in June 2012 which was summertime. So far, we have experienced three seasons out of the four having been here for more than 8 months : Summer, Autumn, and Winter. It's March 16, 2012 as of this writing and Spring has officially entered. Right now, deciduous trees like maple are still "leaveless". Their leaves have'nt sprang back to life. But once those green leaves are visible again in a month or two, summer is here again. That is when Beautiful British Columbia is at its best.

Philippine and Canadian flags adorn my car.

You may probably say that British Columbia is just bragging as carplates here have this "Beautiful British Columbia" embossed on them. Well, having experienced and seen the 3 seasons here, and having been to neighboring Calgary, Alberta for a week in January, British Columbia specifically Vancouver can have bragging rights indeed. Here are some photos I took during summer and be the judge. Even friends from nearby Seattle, Washington admit that Vancouver is really B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L .

It's SUMMER time!

Kite flying, swimming, sunbathing, and simply strolling by the beach.

Neon green colored maple leaves.
Summer brings out the best of British Columbia: Blue lakes, forested mountains filled with evergreens, neon green maple leaves, snow-capped mountains, clear blue skies, exciting water sports, kayaking, sailing, boating, kite flying, swimming, sunbathing, and simply strolling by the beach. British Columbia is indeed a photographer's delight. More summer photos tomorrow.
